Oakfields Health Centre participates in the training scheme for qualified nurses who wish to specialise in primary care. Nurses may be attached to the practice for up to 12 months and work alongside the doctors and nurse team to gain experience. Our current trainee practice nurse is Julie Birchill.

The practice does not currently provide training places for GPs.
