We ask you to attend the surgery whenever possible but if you are too ill to travel please telephone the surgery before 10.00 am so that one of the team can arrange to see you at home that day.

Please be prepared to tell the receptionist why you need a home visit, make sure you tell us if it is urgent and give the address where you need to be seen.
In some cases it may be necessary for the doctor or nurse to speak to call you before arranging a visit.

Home visits are usually scheduled between 11.00 am – 2.00 pm.

Non urgent visits to housebound patients may not be possible until the next working day.
