Seasonal Flu Clinic

Please contact the practice to make an appointment to have your flu vaccination.

Eligible Groups:
Patients registered at Oakfields Health Centre
- Aged 65 years and over or
- With a chronic condition or
- Pregnant or
- Carer

You can make an appointment to see the doctor or nurse practitioner during normal surgery times by:

• Telephone 01207 560206.
  Whenever possible, requests for home visits should be made before 10.30.
   
• Calling into reception: During our opening times.

If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify reception as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to another patient. We regularly monitor the number of times when patients "did not attend" for their appointment. This helps us to make sure we make best use of the available appointments.

If you register for Systmonline you can cancel your appointment using this service. Over the coming months we hope to extend the use of Systmonline and will be introducing the opportunity to make as well as cancel appointments.
